1. Who we are

Sector N9N provides business coaching, systems and websites for service businesses. We’re based in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada.

2. What we collect

• +What you give us in forms: name, email, phone number, whether you run a business, your industry or use case, website details, business details and any answers you choose to share (for example in our intake, brief or pricing questionnaires).
• +Your consent choices: whether you opted in to marketing emails and/or text messages, when, on which form, and the wording version you agreed to.
• +How you found us and use the site: pages visited, referring site, campaign tags (UTM parameters), landing page, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, and form submissions. We collect this with our CRM’s website tracking (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) and privacy-friendly page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics), and we keep campaign and landing-page details in your browser’s local storage so they can be attached to a form you submit.
• +Visit statistics: when you use this website, we record which pages you view and which buttons you click, so we can see what’s useful and what isn’t. We store this ourselves; it doesn’t include your name, email, phone number, IP address or anything you type into a form, and we don’t share it or use it for advertising.

3. Why we use it

• +To send the resource, walkthrough or information you asked for, and to reply to your requests.
• +To provide and support services you sign up for (onboarding, builds, coaching, billing).
• +To send marketing emails and text messages, only if you opted in.
• +To understand which resources and campaigns are useful so we can build better ones.
• +To keep our website and systems secure and working.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you check the text-message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Sector N9N about your request, resources and offers at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help (you can also email sectorn9n@gmail.com). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. If you don’t check the box, we won’t send you marketing texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Email

If you check the email box, we’ll send you emails with free resources, tips and offers. If you don’t, we’ll only email you what you asked for (for example the link to your resource) and messages about services you use. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can also unsubscribe by emailing sectorn9n@gmail.com.

6. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own security and privacy terms, for example: GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM, email and text messaging), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Supabase (form storage), Google (email and file storage) and our payment processor when you buy something. Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We may also disclose information if required by law. The SMS commitment in section 4 applies in all cases.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while it’s needed for the purposes above (for example while you’re a subscriber, lead or client) and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Consent records are kept as proof of consent as long as we message you and for a reasonable period afterwards.

8. Your choices and rights

You can opt out of emails (unsubscribe link) or texts (reply STOP) at any time. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing sectorn9n@gmail.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards (encrypted connections, access-controlled systems). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children

Our services are for business owners and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes to how we use your information for marketing will only apply with your consent.
