1. Free resources

Our walkthroughs, checklists, videos and other free resources are general information to help you organise and run your business. They’re provided “as is”. We don’t promise any particular result, and you’re responsible for how you apply them.

2. Paid services

Platform plans, coaching, setup packages, website builds and other paid services are covered by the proposal, checkout page or agreement you accept when you buy, and by our Service terms. If those terms conflict with these, the purchase terms apply.

3. Text-message program (SMS)

• +Program: Sector N9N texts about your request, our resources and offers, sent only if you opted in on one of our forms.
• +Frequency: message frequency varies.
• +Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
• +Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one confirmation text, then no more unless you opt in again.
• +Help: reply HELP, or email sectorn9n@gmail.com or call +1 604-200-3390.
• +Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
• +Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• +No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Email

If you opt in, we’ll send emails with free resources, tips and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You’ll still receive the resource you asked for and messages about services you use.

5. Your information

Please give accurate details on our forms and only submit a phone number or email address that you own or are authorised to use. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, resources, videos and branding belong to Sector N9N or its licensors. You may use free resources for your own business. Please don’t resell or republish them without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sector N9N isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or free resources.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date shows when they last changed.
